JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
31-year-old Kimberly L. Kicenski of Perryville at 3:44 p.m. Friday in Cape Girardeau County on warrants out of Perry County for failure to appear for speeding and on a charge of no insurance. She was being held in the Cape Girardeau County pending the posting of bond.
