STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve Project Pioneer will meet with the German Oberle and Operle families on Saturday, July 9, in the upstairs at the Ste. Genevieve Museum Learning Center, 360 Market St.
This will be the last meeting to submit new information. The final meeting will be 3 weeks later on Saturday, July 30, to finalize books; only corrections will be accepted at that time. All meetings are at 10 a.m.
Due to a lack of local interest, the group will not proceed with plans for the French Michaud and Placid families
Families will be honored on Saturday, August 13, at Jour de Fete Opening Ceremonies; attendance prizes will be awarded at 3 p.m. at the Museum Learning Center. Members can participate in the family Mass at 5 p.m. in the Church of Ste. Genevieve, and this concludes the Project Pioneers activities for the weekend.
