The Lt. Col. J. Felix St. James Camp No. 326, Department of Missouri, Sons of Union of the Civil War learned of a SUVCW Flag Certificate and one of the first places that came to our minds was this Memorial.

They honor our veterans 365 days a year.

There is an exact replica of the Vietnam Wall in Washington, D.C. In Perryville. They fly 70 flags year around at the wall and on special occasions they add an additional nearly 150 flags.

From Memorial Day thru July 4th nearly 220 flags are flying 24 hours a day to honor not only our living but our dead.
