STE. GENEVIEVE — Police in Ste. Genevieve are investigating at least four vehicle breakins which happened in the last few days.
One of the victims posted on Facebook about the break in of her vehicle while she was watching a game at Challenger Field. She posted that police told her there were other break ins at Betty’s Field on the other side of town.
The woman reported losing her purse and electronic devices, which had been placed out of sight in the vehicle. The doors were locked. The perpetrators smashed a window to gain entry.
