MSHP reports arrests

JEFFERSON CITY — Three persons from Louisiana were arrested in Ste. Genevieve County Wednesday afternoon on drug and other charges.

 

According to the report by a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper, the three are identified as:

 

31-year-old Christopher Mitchell of DeQuincy, Louisiana who faces patrol charges of possession of 198 grams of cocaine, possession of six grams of marijuana and trafficking in drugs.

 

21-year-old Mychella Peters of New Orleans on patrol charges of possession of 198 grams of cocaine, possession of six grams of marijuana, trafficking drugs and unlawful use of a firearm.

 

31-year-old Dirone A. McBride of Gretna, Louisiana on patrol charges of possession of 198 grams of cocaine, possession of six grams of marijuana, and trafficking drugs and on a warrant out of Audrain County for possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked and speeding 26 miles an hour or more over the limit.

 

All three suspects were being held on a 24-hour hold in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol also reports the arrest of 20-year-old Noah R. Church of Ste. Genevieve at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of six counts of promoting child pornography. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
