Arrested were:

 

42-year-old Jerry Wayne Dunning, Jr. of Festus MO was arrested on a Warrant through Jefferson County on the charge of Endangering the Welfare of a child.  Bond was set at $1,500.00 cash or surety.

 

47-year-old Christopher Lee Maxson, of Pevely MO was arrested on a Warrant through O’Fallon Police Department on the charge of Possession of Narcotic Equipment.  Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.

 

47-year-old Jennifer Ann Kaplan, of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Crystal City Police Department on the original charge of DWI DWR leaving the scene.  Bond was set at $2,848.00 cash only.

 

24-year-old Ashley Nicole Isbell, of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office on the original charge of $20,000.00 cash or surety.

April 16, 2022

 

Deputies were called to the 22000 block of State Route N for animal control.

 

Deputies were called to mile marker 158 for motorist assist.

 

Deputies were called to the 19000 block of State Route EE to assist a person at this location.

 

Deputies were called to the 300 block of Elm St. in St. Mary to assist a person at this location needing medical attention.

 

Deputies were called to mile marker 155 for motorist assist.

 

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 32 and State Route C for motorist assist.

 

Deputies were called to the area of Highway 61 and Carron Rd. for a road hazard.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
