JEFFERSON CITY — A 71-year-old Billings, Montana man suffered minor injuries in a traffic crash on I-55 in Perry County Tuesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Howard J. Moore was taken to Perry County Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
The patrol says Moore was the driver of a southbound 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer which ran off the left side of the roadway, struck the end of a guardrail, skidded across the center of the roadway, and then ran off the right side of the road, striking a concrete bridge face.
The crash happened about 8:30 a.m. near the 139.6 mile marker.
The patrol says Moore was buckled up.
