Electronics will be recycled in Ste. Genevieve April 22

STE. GENEVIEVE — Eric Scott Leathers will be  hosting an electronics recycling event 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 22nd at 970 Rozier Street in the former National Vinyl Building.

 

Accepted items include: computers, printers, keyboards, laptops, hard drives, cell phones, microwaves, lawn and garden equipment, pagers,radios,scanners, speakers, televisions, stereos, power tools, VCR/DVD players, fax machines, answering machines, furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners, kitchen appliances and home video and gaming.

 

Lawn and garden equipment must have oil and gas removed.

 

No smoke detectors, glass lamps, light bulbs, or fluorescent tubes.

 

Fees apply to the following items:

 

CRT monitors $5 each; any device containing freon $10 each; LED, LCD, plasma TVs $20 each; CRT TVs 26 inch and smaller, $30 each; 27 inch and larger, $50 each; Console, DLP, rear projection TVs $50 each.
