Bloomsdale women hurt in Hwy 61 crash in Ste. Gen Co.

JEFFERSON CITY — Two Bloomsdale women were hurt in a traffic crash on Highway 61 in Ste. Genevieve County Thursday afternoon.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports 27-year-old Kayli R. Arnold and 56-year-old Tammly L. Arnold were taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

 

The patrol says the two were passengers in a southbound 2021 Jeep Wrangler driven by 26-year-old Lincoln Stoll of Ste. Genevieve which collided with a northbound 2012 Mitsubishi Galant driven by 37-year-old Amanda R. Welsh when she attempted to make a left turn onto Route O and failed to yield to the Jeep.

 

All four occupants were buckled up.

 

The crash happened about 5:25 p.m.
