A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 for 75-year-old Carol May McCormick of Evansville, Illinois, who passed away at 11:05 am, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester, Illinois.
She was born May 6, 1946 in Red Bud, the daughter of Ward and Garnetta (nee Moll) McCormick, who both preceded her in death.
She is survived by a sister: Brenda (Frank) Oakley of Ellis Grove, Ill.; two brothers: John (Dee) McCormick of Asheville, N.C., and Gene McCormick of Evansville, Ill.; nine nieces and nephews: Justin (Amanda) McCormick of Fishers, Ind., Zachary Lee of Farmington, Mo., Jessica McCormick (Fiance Adam West) of Cobden, Ill., Rebecca Lee of Farmington, Mo., Seth McCormick of Asheville, N.C., Jacob McCormick of Asheville, N.C., Destiny Kelly of Percy, Ill., Jaylyn McCaleb of Chester, Ill., Paul Oakley Jr. of Dupo, Ill.; and many great nieces, great nephews and friends,
She was also preceded in death by a sister: Norma Lee.
She worked at Chester Mental Health.
Carol was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the Pechacek Funeral Homes in Evansville, Illinois.

Inurnment will be in the Ellis Grove City Cemetery, Ellis Grove, Illinois.
