JEFFERSON CITY – First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site team members are hosting an event honoring National Gardening Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 9.
The historic site maintains, plants and grows a variety of plants and gardens, including an heirloom vegetable garden, herb gardens and native plantings. Team members and volunteers invite you to attend this free event featuring guest speakers, hands-on activities and garden industry vendors and experts.
The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others.
