JEFFERSON CITY — A 56-year-old Oak Ridge man suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route C in Pocahontas, in Cape Girardeau County Thursday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Dermot Williams was the driver of an eastbound 2014 Volkswagen Jetta which collided with a northbound 2020 Kia Sportage driven by 51-year-old Leeann M. Koenig of Frohna. Williams was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by ambulance. Koenig was not hurt. Both drivers were buckled up.
The crash happened about 5:06 p.m.
