Visitation will be held Thursday, March 17, 2022 for 32-year-old Clinton D. Cheek of Ruma, Illinois, who passed away at 5:55 am, Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois.
He was born July 1, 1989 in Red Bud, the son of Mark (Linda) Porter who survives in Red Bud and Laura T. Cheek Willcutt, who preceded him in death.
Clinton married Angela McCoy on May 6, 2017 in Red Bud; she survives in Ruma.
He is also survived by a daughter: Aria Cheek of Ruma; a brother: Joshua (Melissa) Cheek of Ellis Grove, Ill.; a sister: Brooke Porter of Red Bud; two nieces and a nephew: Amelia, Alexa and Witten Cheek; two sisters-in-law: Krista (Jimmy) Foster Waterloo, Ill. and Stephanie (David) Auler of Perryville, Mo.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his stepfather: Larry Wilcutt and father-in-law: Gary McCoy
He worked in Railroad Maintenance since 2014.
He was currently employed by Jaguar Transport and Missouri Eastern Railroad.
Clinton enjoyed spending time with family, especially with his daughter,Aria.
Visitation for 32-year-old Clinton D. Cheek of Ruma will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2022 at the Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud.
After services on Thursday, it was Clinton’s wishes to be cremated.
