A funeral will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 for 65-year-old Michael C. Bader of Sainte Genevieve, Mo who passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo
He was born November 7, 1956 in East St. Louis, Ill, the son of Donald F. Bader, who preceded him in death and Choyse Y. (Meng) Bader, who survives in Ste. Genevieve.
He is also survived by the mother of his sons: Cindy Bader-Herman of French Village, Mo.; two sons: Gabriel (Carrie) Bader of Festus, Mo and Matthew (Michelle) Bader of Oak Harbor, Wash.; three sisters: Tonya (James) Schilli of Sainte Genevieve, Dina (Joe) Herzog of Boonville, Mo and Dawn (Scott) Basler of Sainte Genevieve; seven grandchildren: Devon, Taylen, Saej, Maysie, Liam, Jaes & Gatlen; and a great granddaughter: Hazel.
Mike was a riverboat pilot for Brennan Marine, he enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.
Most of all Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve.
A funeral for 65-year-old Michael C. Bader of Sainte Genevieve will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Basler Funeral Home. The Rev. Edward Nemeth will officiate.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
