CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrested were:
Samantha M. Valigura 29, Sparta, arrested February 7, 2022 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for unlawful possession of meth. Released on recognizance bond.
Francisco W. Paxtor Mejia 43, Perryville, arrested February 7, 2022 by Chester Police for DUI, Illegal transportation of alcohol, obstructed windshield, no driver’s license. Released after posting $300 cash bond.
Brian J. Rolwes 23, Marissa, arrested February 7, 2022 by Sparta Police for St Louis County MO warrants for unlawful possession of heroin. Is incarcerated.
Christina M. Phillips 45, Steeleville, arrested February 7, 2022 by Randolph County Sheriff’s office for aggravated battery and mob action. Is incarcerated.
Khristopher M. Diercks 44, Percy, arrested February 7, 2022 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for battery. Released after posting $500 cash bond.
Danni L. Holcomb 32, Coulterville, arrested February 8, 2022 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office. Released after posting $500 cash bond.
Howard J. Williams 49, Chester, arrested February 8, 2022 by Chester Police on a City of Chester warrant for failure to appear on a Chester City Ordinance violation. Released on recognizance bond.
Kevin W. Padgett 46, Ava, arrested February 10, 2022 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of meth charge. Is incarcerated.
Steven M. Robinson 53, Sparta, arrested February 10, 2022 by Sparta Police for violation of order of protection. Is incarcerated.

Dillon L. Laughlin-Sammarco 33, Red Bud, arrested February 11, 2022 by Red Bud Police on 2 Delaware County, OK warrants. The first for burglary, bond is $10,000. The 2nd for grand larceny, bond is $7,500. Is incarcerated.
Nathan CR Frischkorn 36, Waterloo, arrested February 11, 2022 by Red Bud Police for resisting. Is Incarcerated.
Michael A. Coleman 31, Chester, arrested February 11, 2022 by Chester Police for possession of methamphetamine & possession of syringe. He is also wanted out of Randolph County for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to real property charge. Bond on the warrant of $5,000. Is incarcerated.
