JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.
Arrested were:
24-year-old Jarrad C. Carroll of Florissant at 7:24 p.m. Saturday in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of St. Charles County for failure to appear on a charge of failure to display plates on a motor vehicle. She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
36-year-old Amanda E. Smith of Perryville at 10:47 p.m. Saturday in Perry County on patrol charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released.
