Bloomsdale man hurt in I-55 crash in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON CITY — A 36-year-old Bloomsdale man suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on I-55 in Jefferson County Saturday morning.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Robert S. Moore was taken to Mercy Hospital South by a Rock Township ambulance.

 

The patrol says Moore was the driver of a southbound 2018 Ford which traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a concrete median barrier.

 

The patrol could not say whether Moore was buckled up or not.

 

The crash happened about 9 a.m. south of Richardson Road.

 

The Ford received moderate damage.
