SIKESTON — North and Southbound I-55 in Perry County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform guardrail work and pavement repairs Thursday, February 10 through Tuesday, November 1.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 135 at Route M to mile marker 129 at Route 51 near Perryville.
Weather permitting; work will take place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. including weekends as necessary.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
