CHESTER — Chester Grade School presented Character Awards to several deserving students Friday for demonstrating the trait of good “Self-Management Skills”.

Each honoree received a certificate and his or her name was announced over the CGS public address system.
The Character Education Program is coordinated by Cindy Ponder, School Social Worker from the Perandoe Special Education Program.
