Three Mo companies to be selected to attend SIAL America Food and Beverage Show

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) will select three Missouri food and beverage companies to participate at the SIAL AMERICA Food and Beverage Show in March.

The selected companies will display their products and attend the show at no cost. Two additional Missouri companies will be chosen to attend virtually, with MDA staff representing their products and securing trade leads at the show.

SIAL America debuts in Las Vegas in March 2022, showcasing the United States food and beverage community to key importers, food service companies, distributors, retailers and wholesalers. SIAL America will unite those shaping the food and beverage industry both in America and globally.

SIAL America, supporting the $1.5 trillion U.S. food and beverage market, is part of the world’s preeminent global food network. SIAL, an international business hub for the food and beverage industry, annually holds nine world-class food events, with 700,000 attendees and 16,000 exhibitors, at locations worldwide.

Selected companies will also participate in the Food Export-Midwest Buyers Mission for food and beverage companies. These companies will have the opportunity to meet pre-qualified buyers from around the world through scheduled, one-on-one meetings to generate new sales leads and build valuable industry relationships.
