PERRYVILLE — The St. Vincent High School Elks Student of the Month for December is Gabriel Anders of Perryville.
Gabe is pictured with St. Vincent Head of Schools Sarah Cato and Steven Wibbenmeyer of Perryville Elks Lodge No. 2701.
He is the son of Ron and Julie Bulin and Buddy Anders of Perryville.
Gabe is an officer in the St. Vincent de Paul Society and president of the senior class.
He is a four-year member of cross country, band and St. Vincent de Paul Society.
He attended the Missouri Chamber Leadership in Practice and was selected to attend Missouri Boys State.
Gabe’s calculus teacher, John McLain said, “Gabriel possesses a natural sense of wonder and curiosity that makes him a delightful participant in class. Gabriel also has a tremendous heart. He looks for ways to support others, whether that’s in the classroom, on the drumline, or at the most recent cross country meet.”
Gabe plans to serve in the United States Navy.
