CHESTER — Chester Grade School honored 11 students Friday, December 17 with Character Awards to close the first half of the school year.
The trait being recognized was demonstrating good “Social Awareness Skills.”

Each honoree received a certificate and his or her name was announced over the CGS public address system.
The Character Education Program is coordinated by Cindy Ponder, School Social Worker from the Perandoe Special Education District.
