A funeral will be held Thursday, December 23, 2021 for 75-year-old Kathleen “Tina” Christina Kuehne of Chester, Illinois, who passed away at 3 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2021 at Coulterville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Coulterville, Illinois.
She was born September 14, 1946, in St. Louis, Mo. the daughter of Vernon and Margaret (nee Schlereth) Floyd who both preceded her in death.
She married Albert Kuehne on April 24, 1971. He preceded her in death on August 19, 1983 in Chester, Illinois.
She is survived by seven children: Jessica (Rick) Parker of Chester, Sarah (Andy) Rains of Chester, Diane (Brian) Roberts of Chester, Paul (Renee) Kuehne of Columbia, Ill., Dawn (Kenny) Junger of Ellis Grove, Ill., Beth (Jason) Theiss of Frohna, Mo., and John Ward of Chester; five siblings: Eileen (Larry) Farmer of Perryville, Mo., Frances Brethauer of Perryville, Mo., Carol Bodeker of Ellis Grove, Ill., Joe Floyd of the state of Florida, and Robert Floyd of St. Louis, Mo.; 10 grandchildren: Kelly (Bob) Rhoades, Rick Parker, Jr., Ryan Junger, Derek Junger, Ashley Roberts, Sydney Kuehne, Matthew Rains (MaKayela Johnson), Nichole (Jeremy) Deppe, Kyle Theiss and Ally Theiss; four great grandchildren: Willow Rhoades, Zander Miller, Colton Deppe, Riley Rains, Alex Rains and Makenzie Rains; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a brother: Tim Floyd
She had worked as a licensed practical nurse at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester for more than 30 years.
Tina enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester.
A funeral for 75-year-old Kathleen “Tina” Christina Kuehne of Chester will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester. The Rev. Phillip Keeton will officiate.
Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Chester.
