JEFFERSON CITY — The number of COVID-19 cases in Missouri seems to have stabilized as the seven day total of confirmed and probable cases was 16,815 for the week ending December 10, down from 18,361 for the week ending December 7.
The number of confirmed and probable deaths was 21.
The average number of confirmed and probable cases per day was nearly 2,402, down from 2,623 in the previous report.
The vaccination rate in Missouri is 52.5 percent for those who have completed the vaccination series.
In Perry County, there were 29 confirmed and probable cases for the week ending December 10, down from 37 confirmed and probable cases for the seven days ending December 7th. That’s a daily average of four new cases a day which is down from the 5.3 cases per day in the previous report.
There were no deaths during the period.
The vaccination rate in Perry County is 38.5 percent.
In Ste. Genevieve County, there were 38 confirmed and probable cases for the same period, which is slight increase. The daily average of cases in Ste. Genevieve County 5.4, up slightly from the previous number of five.
There were no deaths during the period.
The vaccination rate in Ste. Genevieve County 44.5 percent.
