CHESTER — Chester Grade School presented 11 Character Awards Friday.
The 11 students being recognized were nominated by their teachers for demonstrating the trait of having “Good Social Awareness Skills”.

Each student was awarded a certificate and his or her name was announced over the CGS public address system.
The Character Education Program is coordinated by Cindy Ponder,. School Social Worker from the Perandoe Special Education District.
