JEFFERSON CITY — The number of COVID-19 cases in Missouri seems to have stabilized as the seven day total of confirmed and probable cases was 18,361 for the week ending December 7, slightly less than the seven days ending December 5th.
The number of confirmed and probable deaths was 19.
The average number of confirmed and probable cases per day was nearly 2,623 down slightly from the previous report.
The vaccination rate in Missouri is 52.3 percent for those who have completed the vaccination series.
There were 37 confirmed and probable cases in Perry County for the seven days ending December 7th, a 25 percent decline from the seven days ending December 5. That’s a daily average of 5.3 new cases a day which is down from the 5.6 cases per day in the previous report.
There were no deaths during the period.
The vaccination rate in Perry County is 38.4 percent.
There were 35 confirmed and probable cases in Ste. Genevieveve County for the same period, down 24 percent. The daily average of cases in Ste. Genevieve County five down from 6.6.

The vaccination rate in Ste. Genevieve County 44.3 percent.
