Heath A. Parker 47, Chester, arrested November 29, 2021 by Chester Police on a Jefferson County MO warrant on a child pornography charge. Is Incarcerated.
Michael S. Thorbin 55, Coulterville, arrested November 30, 2021 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a failure to appear on an operating uninsured motor vehicle charge. Released after judge vacated warrant.
Jeffrey M. Smith 50, Coulterville, arrested November 29, 2021 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license suspended and no valid registration. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
Jenny L. Smith 52, Coulterville, arrested November 30, 2021 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful possession of controlled substance. Is incarcerated.
Luke A. Clinton 22, St Genevieve MO, arrested November 29, 2021 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on Randolph County warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of meth and driving while license suspended. Released on recognizance bond.
