JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
Among those listed as arrested:
26-year-old Angel M. Cannon of Cape Girardeau at 2:31 p.m. in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of Cape Girardeau for failure to appear.
She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
