ST. MARY – The St. Mary Board of Aldermen will meet in regular and closed sessions this evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the city hall, 782 Third Street, St Mary.
The regular meeting will include a public hearing on a sewer rate hike.
The regular meeting is open to the public and will be recorded for You Tube.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing to increase the water and sewer rates has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 10th, 2021 at St. Mary City Hall located at 782 3rd Street, St. Mary MO to begin at 6:00 PM. At this time citizens may be heard on the sewer rate proposed to be set by the City of St. Mary, MO a political subdivision.
The current sewer rate for the first 1000 gallons is $24.56 and each additional 1000 is $10.22. The proposed new rate for the first 1000 would be $26.86 and each additional 1000 would be $12.72.
