JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
Among those listed as arrested:
29-year-old Mioko C. Pankins of St. Louis at 10:15 a.m. Sunday on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on a charge of failing to signal. She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
