CHESTER — Kelly Moeller of Chester donated blood at the October 20 American Red Cross Blood Drive held at the American Legion in Chester.

Moeller is a regular donor and had taken part in blood drives for approximately 40 years.
The drive had 49 individuals attempt to donate blood and 43 were able to donate successful units. Two of the 43 were first time donors.
The 43 units of blood will go to help up to 129 patients in need.
The goal for the drive was 40 units.
The next drive in Chester will be Friday November 19 at the VFW from 11:30-4:00 p.m.
The December drive at the American Legion will be Wednesday December 15 from 12:45-5:45 p.m.
