STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Museum Learning Center will show a special exhibit to mark Veterans Day.
Visitors will be able to tour the museum and see a private collection of WWII artifacts starting with an opening ceremony at noon on Sunday the 7th.
Tickets are available on line or may be purchased in person at the Museum Learning Center. Tickets are $20, however there is no cost to attend ceremony on Sunday the 7th. The tickets will be good for entry to the Museum and the private tour is included in the ticket.
A museum official said the exhibit will honor the many veterans who have served the country and to share a private collection with the public for a short time.
The opening ceremony will include guest speaker Philip Kwan.
The Museum will be open every day from November 7th to November 14th from 11am-4pm. The private collection can be toured at 2 p.m.
Twenty percent of the proceeds will be donated to Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial.
