JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
Among those listed as arrested:
41-year-old Larry D. Rice of Verndale, Minnesota at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of Atchison County for failing to appear on a charge of operating an unsafe motor carrier vehicle. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
