PERRYVILLE — The traveling Global War on Terror Memorial Flag created by VAU Veterans and Athletes United will be in Perryville, Missouri at Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial from October 19-26, 2021.
Gold Star Families are invited to a special preview Tuesday, from 9-11 a.m.
The exhibit opens to the public at 11 a.m.
The names on the memorial include seven sons and daughters of Southern Illinois’ Greater Egypt region, who lost their lives in the war in Iraq and Afghanistan:
