STE GENEVIEVE — The City of Ste. Genevieve has specific rules for “Trick or Treating”.
Halloween “Trick or Treating”will be observed on Tuesday, October 31st.
Trick or treating time is 6 to 8:30 p.m.
Trick or Treaters must be 16 or under, with those 14 and under accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age.
An outdoor residential light must be on to invite trick-or-treaters.
If the light is not on, then that residence is not participating and should not be approached.
Bells will sound on the storm siren system when Trick or Treating is to start.

There are no regulations regarding trick or treating in Perryville.
Chester’s trick or treating hours are 5-8 p.m.
Reisdents of other communities should check with their city or village halls or local police departments.
