JEFFERSON CITY — The number of new COVID-19 cases is down in the state of Missouri and down in Ste. Genevieve but up in Perry County according to the latest figures from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
The state agency reports the number of confirmed and probable cases statewide for the seven days ending March 30 was 1,131 down 238 or 17 percent from the 1,369 reported March 22.
In Perry County there were three new cases during the week ending March 30.
In Ste. Genevieve County there were no new cases during the week ending March 30.
The Department of Health and Senior Services reports the state fully vaccinated with one booster dose is 41.4 percent. Perry County is 39.5 percent fully vaccinated.
