Six teens are suspects in park vandalism

STE. GENEVIEVE – Six youths aged 13-16 have been referred to juvenile authorities after they were caught on camera vandalizing the Valle Spring Park restrooms.

 

On Monday, May 15, 2023, Alliance workers reported they had found some vandalism and property damage at the restrooms.

 

Officers were able to review surveillance videos and identify six juveniles who were involved. The damage occurred over the weekend of May 13th and 14th.

 

Police Chief Jasen Crump says the vandalism and property damage consisted of a bathroom stall door being kicked in and damaged and mud spread all over the bathroom fixtures and walls.

 

Chief Crump said the juveniles were all identified and located, and the case has been forwarded to the juvenile officer.
