PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent lost to Chaffee 6-3 in the final game in the Class 2 District 3 tournament at Chaffee. The Indians close their season at 15-10.
STE. GENEVIEVE – No. 1 seed Valle lost to No. 7 seed West County 6-2 in the final game of the Class 3 District 1 Tournament. Valle Catholic ends their season at 29-5
Soccer
PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent beat Cape Central 8-0 in the Class 3 District 1 tournament in Imperial.
The Indians advance to play St. Louis Notre Dame or Windsor at 5 p.m. Saturday.
JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran beat Kelly 9-1 in the Class 1 District 1 Tournament in Benton.
The Crusaders play Collegiate School of Med-Bio Science or Gateway Science Charter School Friday at 6 p.m.
PERRYVILLE – Perryville lost to St. Pius 1-0 in the title game of the Class 2 District 1 tournament at St. Pius. Their season ends at 16-5.
Track and Field
CHESTER – Two track athletes from Chester High School are headed to the Class 1 IHSA State Track and Field meet Thursday.
