PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent plays Chaffee today at 4:30 for the district crown in the Class 2 District 3 tournament at Chaffee.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle beat Arcadia Valley15-0 in the Class 3 District 3 Tournament at Park Hills. The Warriors advance to play West County or Jefferson Wednesday at 4 p.m.
Softball
STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle beat Risco 3-2 in a sectional round game. The Lady Warriors play Ellington Monday at 11 a.m. in a semifinal round game at Springfield.
Soccer
PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent plays fourth seed Cape Central today at 5 in the Class 3 District 1 tournament in Imperial.
PERRYVILLE – Perryville plays St. Pius for the championship of the Class 2 District 1 tournament at St. Pius today at 5 p.m.
JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran has the top seed in the Class 1 District 1 Tournament in Benton.
They play fourth seed Kelly today.
Track and Field
CHESTER – Two track athletes from Chester High School are headed to the Class 1 IHSA State Track and Field meet Thursday.

PERRYVILLE –- St. Vincent finished in a tie for sixth place with 367 on Monday and a 371 Tuesday for a two-day 738.in the Class 1 State Golf Tournament in Columbia.
Individually:
Payton Strattman finished in a tie for 20th. He had a 87 and an 85 Tuesday for a two-day 172 total.
Samuel Gregory Koishor finished at 39th place. He had a 91 Monday and a 93 Tuesday for a two-day 184.
Grant Abernathy and Garrett Brickhaus finished in a three-way tie at 54th. Grant had 93 Monday and 98 on Tuesday. Garrett had a 96 Monday and a 95 Tuesday. Both players finished with a 191.
STE. GENEVIEVE – Three Ste Genevieve golfers participated in the Class 3 State Golf Tournament at Meadow Lake Acres Country Club in New Bloomfield Monday and Tuesday.
Gavin Huck finished in a three-way tie for 23rd. He scored an 82 on Monday and 83 on Tuesday for a two-day 165 total.
Aiden Boyer finished in a five-way tie for 38th. He scored an 80 on Monday and 90 on Tuesday for a two-day 170 total.
Carter Burr finished in 85th place. He scored a 101 on Monday and a 103 Tuesday for a two-day 204 total.
JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran’s lone golfer at the Class 1 State Golf Tournament in Columbia, Michael Hasz finished in a tie for 18th. He scored an 86 on Monday and an 85 on Tuesday for a two-day 171.
