Billy Michelle “Shelly” Lankford 50 years old of St. Mary, MO. passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.
She was born October 9, 1972 in Perryville, Mo.
She is survived by: Daughter, Courtney (Logan) Clinton of Sainte Genevieve, MO; Sister, Tina (Dave) Sanford; Stepfather, Claude Pinkley; Six Brothers, David (Pat Kline) Bieser, Albert (Trina) Bieser, Brian Lankford, Brad (Angie) Lankford, Steve Lankford, Joe (Sarah) Pinkley; Grandchildren, Claire Clinton and Logan Grass; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by: Father, Billy Joe Lankford; Mother, Nova Jean Lankford; Two Sisters, Deborah Bieser, Barb Pike; Brother, Bruce Lankford.
Visitation will be at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 10:00 am until service time of 1:00 pm.
Service will be at Basler Funeral Home on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
Burial will be at Kaskaskia Cemetery in Kaskaskia, IL.

Shelly was a member of the Country Music Associates in St. Mary, MO. She cherished every moment with her family and had a heart of gold. Shelly was a headstrong woman and could light up a room when she entered with her smile. The day Shelly passed away, a part of us left with her. She is now our guardian angel.
