Missouri State Highway Patrol reports arrests

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.

 

Among those listed as arrested:

 

44-year-old Cory Miles of Cape Girardeau at 10:42 a.m. Friday in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of Cole County for failing to appear on a charge of charge of fraud-insufficient checks. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.

 

38-year-old Brett A. Smoot of Festus at 6:52 p.m. Friday in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. He was placed on a 12 hour hold in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail.

 

42-year-old Myrianne E. Gitt of Chesterfield at 10:51 a.m. Saturday in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of St. Charles County for failing to appear on an original charge of driving under the influence. She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
