STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office has released its report of arrests and incidents for the week ending March 10.

The following individuals were taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies:

 

37-year-old Amanda Jo-Lynn Pierson, of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.  Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

 

26-year-old Bryan Thomas Barton of St. Mary MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following original charges:

-Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (11-15 mph)

-Owner operated a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility

-Driver Failure to Wear Safety belt

Bond was set at $400.00 cash only.

 

36-year-old Jessica Dawn Gains of Fredericktown MO was arrested on a Warrant through Madison County on the charge of Burglary-no forced entry.  Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety.

 

30-year-old Alec Baker Clayton of Farmington MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of Failure to Drive in Lane 2.  Bond was set at $144.00 cash only.

 

30-year-old Koti Allen Kennon,  of Fredericktown MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Driving while revoked/suspended-2nd offense.  Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.

-Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety.

Deputies were called to the 8000 block of Kathy Lane to assist a person for a possible overdose.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Highway 61 for a person needing medical assistance having a seizure.

Deputies were called to the 700 block La Porte for animal control.

Deputies were called to the 6000 block of Highway 61 for a fire alarm.

Deputies were called to the 10000 block of Roth Quarry Rd. for a road hazard.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
