Randolf County Sheriff launches new telephone tip line

CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has announced the development of a new telephone tip line.

The Randolph County Tip Line allows residents to call and provide information that they feel may help in solving a crime or help in preventing a future crime.

Callers can leave their information anonymously or provide contact information for future communication.

The Tip Line is available 24 hours a day, and will be monitored by the Investigations Division at the Sheriff’s Office.

We recognized the need to have a clear and consistent way for residents to provide us information on crimes within the county, with an option to remain anonymous. The Randolph County Tip Line is just another way to facilitate this communication”.  – Sheriff Peters.

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line can be reached by calling 618-826-2712.

An Important Note – The Randolph County Tip Line is an unmanned answering service. Reporting crimes in need of immediate response, should be reported in the traditional manner through our 911 Telecommunications Center.
