STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve County Commission approved a ‘Joint Health Ordinance 07252022’ Thursday.
The ordinance was approved in response to a proposal to open a silica sand mine in the county.
The company behind the proposal, NexGen Silica, has filed a lawsuit to block the ordinance.
