STE. GENEVIEVE — Each year, the Missouri Department of Agriculture’s Building Our American Communities (BOAC) Grant Program provides up to $500 to Missouri 4-H clubs and FFA chapters for projects aimed at developing and advancing Missouri’s rural communities.
Ste. Genevieve FFA has been chosen to participate this year.
FFA members and students in Ste. Genevieve High School’s Landscaping course wrote the application for the grant, and the students have received the grant every year they have submitted the application.
The students will use the money to plant shrubs and help maintain the grounds around Ste. Genevieve County R-II School District.
