JEFFERSON CITY – Missouri Farm Bureau President Garrett Hawkins and MFA Incorporated President and CEO Ernie Verslues issued the following joint statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court issuing a stay against the Biden administration’s OSHA vaccine mandate:
“We applaud the U.S. Supreme Court for following the rule of law and rejecting the Biden administration’s OSHA vaccine mandate. Every one of our employees deserves the right to make his or her own medical decisions in consultation with a medical professional, and we are grateful the Court stood for individual rights. As this case proceeds, we will continue to fight for our employees’ rights and stand against government overreach.”
