Visitation will be held Saturday, December 4, 2021for 66-year-old Cynthia Ann Sabo of Renault, Illinois, who passed away at 2:15 a.m., Saturday, November 20, 2021 in Belleville, Illinois.
She was born July 19, 1955 in East St. Louis, Illinois, to the late Clinton Burley and Nancy Elizabeth (nee Perigan) Rushing.
Cynthia married John Michael Sabo, Sr. on April 8, 1972 in East Saint Louis, Illinois; he survives in Renault, Illinois.
She is also survived by three children: John M. Sabo, Jr. of Renault, Ill., Richard A. (Wendy) Sabo of Waterloo, Ill. and Bobbie Jo (Sean) Harris of Belleville, Ill.; six grandchildren: John Sabo III, Ian Sabo, Samantha Sabo, Reylynn Harris, Kaytlin Harris and Jack Paul Sabo.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter: Lisa Lynn Canada.
She was a homemaker and was also a devoted Jehovah’s Witness.
It was Cynthia’s wish to be cremated.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud, Illinois.
