A funeral will be held Friday, November 26, 2021 for 82-year-old Shirleen M Mueller, of Perryville, Mo. who passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at Independence Care Center.
She was born July 29, 1939 in New Wells, Mo. the daughter of Anton H.and Edna C. (Koenig) Petzoldt who both preceded her in death.
She married Earl P. Mueller June 6, 1959 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. Earl survives in Perryville.
She is survived by four children David (Deanna) Mueller of Perryville, Denise Mueller of Fort Worth, Tex., Deborah (Todd) Buerck of Perryville, and Darren (Anna) Mueller of Perryville; a brother: Herbert (Dorsey) Petzoldt of New Wells, a sister: Ardene Koenig of Arnold; a brother-in-law: Harry (Jean) Mueller; five sisters-in-law: Delores Petzoldt, Jean Petzoldt, Doris Favier, Helen Stover, and Nancy Petrulis; six grandchildren: Christopher (Alison) Porter, Megan (David) Berkbigler, Ryan (Kindle) Mueller, Brook Buerck, Austin Buerck, Carlie Mueller; and seven great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son: Daniel Mueller; five brothers and two sisters
She was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, She was also a member of Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid and American Legion Post 133 Auxiliary.
Shirleen loved to cook and work in her flower garden.
She was retired from Perry County District No. 32 as a high school cafeteria personnel.
Visitation will be 8:30-11 a.m. Friday, November 26, 2021 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Perryville.
A funeral for 82-year-old Shirleen M Mueller, of Perryville will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 26, 2021 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Perryville with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating.
Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
