STE. GENEVIEVE –The Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning Commission gave unanimous approval to two requests from the same firm last night.
L & H Rental Properties was requesting a rezoning from single family residential to heavy industrial a parcel of land at 175 Coyne, which is located off Market Street.
The firm also requested the city transfer ownership of Coyne Street to the firm.
Last night votes were recommendations which will now go before the board of aldermen.
